Management is a process

The concept of service underpins our leadership and management philosophy.  As partners we believe in fostering respect and trust in our relationships both internally within ConVista and externally with external partners and customers. This philosophy is embraced by all those who work for ConVista. We strongly believe in the power of team spirit and the value individuals bring to a team when they work to their strengths and combine their talents. It is team work that projects our company and customers forward and we use it as leverage to achieve success.

We believe in thinking globally while acting locally. A decision was taken to set up a Global Board made up of Executives from various regions within the Group. This Global Board specifically focuses on global goals and has the overall responsibility for the group on all global issues. The board supports ConVista and its customers by enabling local needs to be met and supported with knowledge, expertise and delivery capabilities from across the world.
